Made-to-Order Lead Time

Please note that because every piece is handmade to order, made to order will take 1-2 weeks to complete from when your order was confirmed. 

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays.  We ship via USPS and Fedex. Tracking info will be provided when the order is shipped. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days within the US depending on location. Signature required for orders $500 or more. Please contact us should you require a faster shipping option.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary for any shipment outside the US. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not able to estimate these costs. All international orders are final sale

Custom Order

Custom order takes 3-5 weeks for completion. All custom orders are final and no returns can be accepted. Custom orders are shipped insured. Therefore, will require a signature confirmation for orders $500 or more. Custom orders may be cancelled only within 48hours of being placed.
